Cancellation Policy
Because our food is cooked fresh after order acceptance, cancellation eligibility depends on the order stage at the time of the request.
Customer cancellations
Customers may request cancellation immediately after placing an order by contacting support with the order number.
Cancellation is normally accepted only before the kitchen starts preparation. Once cooking, packing, or dispatch has started, the order may be non-cancellable.
Kitchen cancellations
We may cancel an order if ingredients become unavailable, the delivery address is outside serviceable areas, payment cannot be verified, or the customer cannot be reached.
If we cancel a prepaid order for operational reasons, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Address and contact issues
If the address is incorrect, unreachable, or unsafe for delivery, the rider and support team may try to contact the customer.
If the customer remains unreachable, the order may be marked undeliverable and refund eligibility will be reviewed based on preparation and dispatch status.
