Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared fresh at our kitchen and delivered directly to the address selected at checkout.

Food is packed for short-distance local delivery and is not designed for intercity, interstate, or long-duration courier shipping.

Delivery may be handled by our own riders or trusted third-party delivery partners depending on distance, order volume, and rider availability.

Delivery partners receive only the information needed to complete the delivery, such as name, phone number, address, order number, and payment status.

We currently serve selected Mumbai areas including Mumbai Central, Dadar, Lower Parel, Bandra, Andheri, and Powai. Serviceability is checked at checkout and may vary by pincode.

Orders outside active delivery zones may be declined or cancelled with refund eligibility for prepaid orders.

Typical delivery time is 35 to 60 minutes from order acceptance. Peak hours, rain, traffic, large orders, and high-demand days may extend timelines.

If a delay is expected, the team or delivery partner will try to update the customer using the contact details provided at checkout.
