Payment card, UPI, wallet, or net banking details are collected and processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

How we use information

We use customer data to create accounts, prepare orders, coordinate delivery, send order updates, resolve support requests, prevent fraud, and meet tax or legal requirements.

We may use aggregated order trends to improve menu planning, kitchen capacity, and delivery coverage.

Sharing and retention

We share only necessary order and contact details with delivery partners, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or authorities when legally required.

Order and invoice records are retained as required for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and operational audit purposes.

Customer rights

Customers may contact us to request correction, access, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business need.
