Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we prepare and deliver food orders from our cloud kitchen to the customer's delivery address.

Order preparation

Preparation starts after order acceptance and payment confirmation where required. Typical preparation time is 15 to 30 minutes, depending on item complexity and kitchen load.

Each order is checked, packed in food-safe containers, sealed, and labelled before dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery tracking

After packing, the order is assigned to an in-house rider or delivery partner. Customers may receive tracking updates through the website, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or delivery partner tools where available.

Estimated delivery time is generally 35 to 60 minutes from order acceptance, subject to distance, weather, traffic, and rider availability.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide a complete address, reachable phone number, accurate pincode, and any entry instructions needed for delivery.

Customers should be available to receive the order. Fresh food should be consumed promptly and stored safely if not eaten immediately.
