Payment Methods

We support secure online payments through Razorpay and may support cash or pay-on-delivery only when enabled for the order.

Online payments

Razorpay may offer UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other RBI-compliant payment modes based on availability and customer eligibility.

Payment success is confirmed only after Razorpay returns a valid payment status and our system records the order against the customer account.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, the order may stay unpaid until confirmation is received. Customers can contact support with the order number and payment reference.

Bank-side debits for failed payments are normally reversed by the issuing bank or payment provider as per their settlement timelines.

Payment security

We do not ask customers to share OTPs, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, or net banking passwords over phone, email, or chat.

All online payment collection is handled through Razorpay-hosted or Razorpay-secured checkout infrastructure.
